What kinds of libraries does WMU have?

WMU is home to several libraries that provide students with access to 4.5 million print and non-print items, including, reference materials, rare books, sound and video recordings, and archival collections. The main library,named Waldo Library after the University's first president, is centrally located on campus.  Hours of operation are:  Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 3 a.m.;  Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and  Sunday 12 to 3 a.m.

The Archives and Regional History Collections libraries are located on East Campus in East Hall.  Hours of operation are: Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The Education Library is located in Sangren Hall, Room 1300.  Hours of operation are:  Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday, 9 to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Harper C. Maybee Music and Dance Library is located in the Dalton Center, Room 3006.  Hours of operation are:  Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
