WMU Spotlight


March 31 or April 14, 2012

Photo: WMU Campus.WMU Spotlight is designed exclusively for high school juniors and their families to visit Western Michigan University and experience campus. Current WMU students will take you on a guided tour of campus and give you a feel for what life at Western is really like. In addition to seeing main campus, you will stop along the way at both the Student Recreation Center and a residence hall.

Start here

  1. Thank you for your interest in the WMU Spotlight Program. Online registration is now open. We invite you to join us for the program which begins at 10:00 a.m. with check in beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Bernhard Center.
  2. Read the schedule of events below.
  3. Review the driving directions to the Bernhard Center. Park free in the ramp or any of the adjacent lots.
  4. Staying overnight? Review Accommodations.
  5. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes, because you'll be doing a lot of walking. Since March weather is always changing, check out the weather forecast. If you're coming from out of state, Kalamazoo is on Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT) so please plan accordingly.
