C. Bassett Brown
1948 Bachelor of Arts
Dr. Brown graduated from Meharry Medical School of Dentistry in 1953 and later earned a master of science in dentistry from Northwestern University. He opened a practice in his hometown of Benton Harbor in 1958 and became known throughout the Midwest for his skills as an oral and maxillo-facial surgeon. He has been a frequent lecturer at both national and international conferences and has published more than 50 articles in professional journals.
