Richard F. Chormann
1959 Bachelor of Science
Mr. Chormann joined First of America-Michigan in 1958. He was named executive vice president of the Kalamazoo-based bank in 1976. After serving four years as president and chief executive officer of the Wayne-Oakland Bank, he returned to Kalamazoo in 1984 as executive vice president of First of America Bank Corporation. In 1985, he became its president and chief operating officer. Active in many organizations, he is a past president of the WMU Alumni Association and chaired the WMU Foundation.
