Jack Lewis Moore

1959 Bachelor of Arts

Dr. Moore earned both a master's degree and medical degree from Howard University. In 1970, he joined the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Bellflower, California, as a staff anesthesiologist and served as chief of the department from 1972 to 1984. A clinical instructor at the UCLA Medical Center since 1970, he also teaches at the Charles R. Drew Postgraduate Medical School. Active in several professional organizations, he served as president of the California Society of Anesthesiologists.
