Giraud is "saved" and heads to next round
 American Idol judges saved WMU's Matt Giraud, B.A. '07, from certain elimination on this week's 'American Idol,' using their one "save" of the season, keeping him in the competition for another week. Giraud will have to step it up as he heads to the next round where two 'Idol' contestants will be voted off of the next show.

Register for WMU Day at the Capitol
WMU alumni are invited to share their Bronco pride with Michigan's decision makers by participating in the second annual WMU Day at the Capitol. The event takes place in Lansing, Wed., May 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Register here. There will be a WMU Alumni Association breakfast prior to the event which is noted in the calendar below.
