Entrance Instructions for Alumni
Registration
You must register
for the program and receive confirmation
of your registration from the WMU Alumni Association before continuing
with the Program Entrance Instructions. For questions, contact alumni@wmich.edu, the WMU Alumni Association.
Instructions
Feel
free to print these directions for reference as you log on to the Mentor
Program.
- Visit the BroncoJOBS Plus
Web site.
- Click on "Register/Search for Jobs"
in the top left hand corner.
- Enter your Alumni Mentor username and password. Your username will be
assigned to you and your password is "wmumentor". You may
change your password at any time. If you are unsure what your user name
is, please email alumni@wmich.edu.
- Complete your mentor profile by clicking on the 'View Profile' link
in the bottom right corner. To edit your information, click the 'Edit'
button at the top of the section. To move among sections, click the
tabs titled ""Personal Info", "Academic Info",
"Professional Experience" and "Mentoring Info".
- Log on occasionally to check your mentor status and anxiously await
questions from interested students.
Please be
advised that the Mentor Program is a new addition to the other career
services offered at WMU, so participation in the Mentor Program may
take some time as word begins to circulate. Similarly, the time it takes
for a student to contact you once he or she has saved your information
may take longer than expected due to the numerous other classes, activites,
jobs, etc. that students are involved in, particularly as each semester
begins.
