APA Scholarship Award
The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students who attend Western Michigan University and are children of APA members. The scholarship is in the amount of $500.

Outstanding New Professional Award
An award presented to an outstanding administrator or professional with five or less years of service to Western Michigan University. Selection will be based on the following criteria:
- Recognized excellent in overall job performance
- Outstanding service to their specific department or division
- Contributions to department/division (presentations, committee work, projects)
- Willingness to assist beyond normal expectations
- Dedication to the profession
- Shows initiative and/or creativity
- Nominee does not have to be a member of APA

Outstanding Professional Award

Tony Griffin Service Award Recipients
An award presented to an active member of APA. This award is named in memory of Past APA President Tony Griffin. Selection will be based on the following criteria:
- Active membership in the organization
- Outstanding service on an appointed committee or the Executive Board
- Significant contributions to the goals of APA
