Volunteer
There is always work to be done at Asylum Lake Preserve, and since it is open to the public, we are all stewards of this property. If you are a person who enjoys this property, volunteering is a great way to show your appreciation. From removing invasive vegetation to picking up litter, there are plenty of activities you can get involved in to make Asylum Lake a better place. WMU's Natural Areas Program often needs volunteers for special events, such as school field trips as well. Please contact WMU Landscape Services for more information.
