Booth Classifications

WMU Affiliates (Complimentary booth fee): WMU University Departments

Non Affiliates ($175 per booth): any groups not directly affiliated with the University (for example but not limited to: Local Businesses, Vendors, Restaurants, Churches, and Professional Organizations)

Registered Student Organizations (Complimentary booth fee): RSOs who are registered for the 2015-16 academic year. You must be registered as a student organization before you apply for a booth at Bronco Bash.

A Bronco Bash Coordinator will confirm receipt of your booth application via email within 3-4 business days. All event information will be updated on this website as it becomes available. Booth assignments (including a map) will be mailed out on August 22.

Friday, July 31 at 5 p.m.


After July 31, a $25 late fee applies for Non Affiliate booths. Booths are still first come first serve, and the event has reached capacity the past few years.
