Danielle Field is program manager for the Student Professional Readiness Series in Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.
Field plays an active role in the design, development, implementation and assessment of the program as a whole. She is responsible for the oversight of student registration, attendance and participation for all SPuRS-related events. Field regularly conducts audits to ensure student compliance with program requirements. Field also leads an advisory board consisting of employer representatives, faculty, staff, students and alumni.
In addition, Field engages with students through teaching required business courses such as Business Preparation and Business Professionalism.
In 2011 and 2012, Field was a nominee for the Haworth College of Business Superior Staff Award and in 2013 she was a nominee for the Haworth College of Business Student Support Staff Award. Before transitioning into her current role, Field was the assistant director and B.B.A. coordinator for the college’s Office of Advising and Admissions. Field joined the college in June 2008 as the office associate for the Zhang Career Center and was later promoted to office coordinator for the department.
