Rashell Bowerman

Rashell is currently in her third year, working towards a Doctoral Degree in Special Education. Prior to working with NSTTAC, she taught for four years in special education within public school systems. Ms. Bowerman received a master’s degree from Western Michigan University in special education with an emphasis on Learning Disabilities. Responsibilities with the National Secondary Transition Technical Assistance Center include data collection and analysis, as well as the creation of evaluation tools to assist states in build capacity to support and improve transition planning.
