Participant Registration
Participant registration is now open, but please read this page carefully before clicking to register.
Click here to register on-line. The online registration system supports Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. For those wishing to pay with a PO number, check, or money order, or to simply use a paper form, click here.
Registration for ChemEd 2011 is divided into the following categories. Please read through this carefully before beginning the registration process. Once you have completed any category you can ‘Return to ChemEd Registration' and go to another category. Read helpful hint
Participant & College Student Registration: $280/$125 (late fee $350 after 7/1), (includes entrance to all sessions and no-fee workshops, Sunday evening barbeque, Wednesday Air Zoo and banquet, social activities, badge, bag, and program book. Additional charges include fee-added workshops, Mole Run and Mole Breakfast.
Presenters $280: If you plan to attend the conference in addition to presenting a session/workshop, please register.
Accompanying Persons Registration: $25.00, includes a name badge, program book, and entrance into the ice cream social and the exhibitor’s reception. Additional charges apply for the Sunday barbeque and Wednesday Air Zoo banquet, as well as tours and any souvenirs you may wish to purchase. The Air Zoo will have all their rides open during the banquet with no additional fees charged.
Accompanying Children: Register on the Accompanying Persons Site: $25.00. Sign your children up for Kids Chem Camp.
Tours: Please be familiar with the tours before you register, as descriptions are not included.
Souvenirs: This category will describe the souvenirs you can purchase in advance. If necessary, click the "Home" tab to get to the souvenirs.
Meals and Lodging: On-campus meals and lodging are included within the Primary Participate form. Meals are also included under Accompanying Persons where cafeteria meal plans can be purchased in advance for guests and children.
Very Important Message
If you return to make other purchases, check the "Returning Registrant" option in the Type of Participant box and be sure to use the exact same name, e-mail and mailing address so we can match all purchases to the correct entry in our database. Thank you!
Helpful Hint: Instead of clicking the “Return to ChemEd Registration” tab when you arrive at your shopping cart to make any changes, use the ‘back’ button. The “Return to ChemEd Registration” tab takes you back to the beginning and you’ll have to re-enter the required information again.
Exhibitor Registration
ChemEd 2011 will attract between 700-800 educators/teachers from all over the United States and several foreign countries making this an excellent opportunity to make contact with the people using your products and services. The exhibits will be located in the ballroom of the Bernhard Center where conference registration will be taking place, as well as many social activities throughout the conference. We will also have an exhibitor's hospitality room located nearby. Read more about becoming an exhibitor.
