The Communication Resource Center offers first line of trouble resolution for computer and network issues in the School of Communication.
The Communication Resource Center staff will respond to computer related problems within the School of Communication on an as needed basis. Computer related problems reported by phone, email, or in person are documented and responded to as soon as possible. The staff will determine the extent of the problem and work to resolve it. If it is determined the problem is hardware related, CRC would coordinate with Microcomputer Repair Service to fix the equipment and if possible provide loaner equipment to be used while the equipment is out for repair.
