My Pantry

An allergen free dining experience

All customers with a valid meal plan or Dining Dollars and documented medical food allergies or intolerances are eligible to utilize the access-controlled My Pantry located within the Valley Dining Center. The My Pantry user agreement must be read thoroughly and carefully signed by each customer that intends to utilize My Pantry. It is recommended that students with medical dietary needs register with Disability Services for Students  with a medical doctor’s note. It is required for all students who request access to My Pantry to register with DSS.

My Pantry features an access-controlled pantry that is available during all open Valley Dining Center hours. This pantry includes allergen-free, ready-to-eat, or self-prepared grab-n-go items. The following gluten-free and peanut-free items include:

  • Gluten-Free Bagels
  • Gluten-Free Bread
  • Gluten-Free Muffins
  • Gluten-Free Wraps
  • Gluten Free Cereal
  • Gluten-Free Ope’s Cookies
  • Soy Milk
  • Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • Gluten-Free Waffles
  • Gluten-Free Pizza
  • Gluten-Free Pasta with Sauce
  • Sunflower Butter
  • Gluten-Free Salad Dressings
  • Individual packets of Butter, Cream Cheese, Jelly and Ketchup

By enrolling to utilize My Pantry, customers will have access to My Pantry online ordering system, available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. The My Pantry online ordering system allows customers to select hot food items prepared inside the My Pantry allergy-free zone and a pick-up time during the above specified hours. This is a dine-in option and not a Carryout.  Online meals are prepared by an AllerTrainU certified culinary staff member with dedicated allergen-free equipment in the My Pantry kitchen.
