There are a variety of hearty entreés to choose from, including: beef rendang (Indonesia), chicken satay (Indonesia) and tofu pad Thai with peanuts (Thailand). Sides featured are: nasi minyak, or rice (Malaysia) and stir-fried greens (Thailand). Desserts served are a banana coconut pudding (Cambodia) and cassava cake (Philippines).
All guests are welcome for dinner at any of the five dining room locations on campus.
