Diction
It was obvious that the podcast was read from a script.

There was no music or sound effects.
The music was either too loud and it was hard to hear the speaker or the music was so quiet that you could not hear it.
The music was close to the correct volume, but was slightly distracting from the speaker.
The music started out louder and faded to a quiet yet audiable level and blended well with the speaker, then increased in volume once the speaker finished.
 
Organization
The podcast did not follow any order. It was hard to understand because the topics kept skipping around.
Some of the podcast was orgainized well, but much of it was hard to follow, did not flow or seemed unplanned.
The podcast was orgainzed fairly well. Most of the content was well planned, flowed and was easy to follow.
The podcast was well planned for and the progression of the podcast was easy to follow and comprehend.
