Reporting a computer problem
Call ETS at 7-4585 to place a work order.
- Provide a detailed description of the request, issues and/or problems.
- The employee taking the call will discuss the request, issues and/or problems with you and will alert you of any known issues college-wide or university-wide (such as a specific service down).
- A work request will be generated and assigned to a tech based on the priority, the number of users affected and the order of the request.
