Alex AivarsEducational Technology Services designs and implements the Web pages within the College of Education and Human Development in order to increase communication and outreach. We also assist in researching, developing and evaluating strategies for positioning and marketing the College of Education and Human Development on the Web.

Submitting Small Changes:

» Examples: 1 - 2 Web pages with date changes or update documents

  1. Send the page's URL
    (ie: http://www.wmich.edu/education/ets/webdept.htm)
  2. Tell me exactly what needs to be changed, with the exact wording you would like
  3. Email to:

Typical Completion: 1 - 2 business days

 

Submitting Medium Changes:

» Examples: 3+ pages with multiple deletions and additions, including PDF's and image files

Option 1
  1. Copy and paste the entire page (from the web) into an email or Word document.
  2. Put a strike-through and highlight in red deletions, and highlight additions in yellow. Also include any images, PDF, Word documents, and any other documents the page will link to.
  3. Include the page's URL
    (ie: http://www.wmich.edu/education/ets/webdept.htm)
  4. Email to:
Option 2
  1. Print the pages
  2. Put a strike-through and highlight in red deletions, and highlight additions in yellow.
  3. Send via inter-office mail to mail stop: 5234

Typical Completion: 1 - 2 weeks
