The reason why I chose WMU is because Western has a great reputation in education.
Why did you choose the major that you did?
I choose my major because I have always enjoyed math, so I decided I want to try to teach it.
One memory from WMU:
My best memory of WMU is the overall great experience of working with and getting to know future math teachers in my classes.
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I am hoping to teach in Grand Rapids, MI. After I get some more experience teaching, I will go wherever I am needed whether in the US or over seas. I have also toyed with the idea of teaching at a community college, but that is not my first/initial goal at the moment (perhaps later on).
