The committee is charged with drafting statements that represent the mission, vision and values of CoEHD and lay out high level priorities that reflect the diversity of the college, resonate with faculty and staff, articulate our niche, and enable us to move together toward excellence. These statements and priorities will align with the WMU academic affairs and university strategic plans, and serve as our guide for decision making at every level. The committee members below will be bringing the process to their various constituent groups for participation and feedback. Information from those conversations, the findings from Dr. Amy Gullickson’s internal research, along with other ideas and innovations will be used to complete the plan.
