As a part of the WMU’s Strategic Plan 4.2, the mission of the Sangren Wellness Program is to inspire, create and promote a workplace environment that supports a healthy lifestyle.
Come strengthen your mind and body in our 5 week strength training workout program for women. This fitness program is geared towards women at the beginner and intermediate fitness level. Small group training will be instructed by a certified personal trainer.
We will provide free pick-up service for fresh produce (you of course pay for the produce) every Tuesday to the end of October. Since this is a new program, we are going handle the exchange of money on an individual basis. Any questions should be directed to Andrea Bau.
We will start our daily 15 minute break and after work walks. This will start on Monday June 30, 2014, from 10 to 10:15 a.m. and 3 to 3:15 p.m. or after work from 5 to 5:30 p.m. If interested just meet at the grand stairwell on the second floor for any or all walking sections. (Wait time is about 2 minutes then they will be off and walking). If you want to walk with other co-workers on campus or at different times you can download Mapmyrun, this is a free app on your phone.
