- 3200: American Literature I (3)
- 3210: American Literature II (3)
- 3300: British Literature I (3)
- 3310: British Literature II (3)
Three courses chosen from among the following:

At least two additional English courses, one of which must be at the 3000 or 4000 level. The following courses cannot be used for this purpose: 1000, 1050, 1070, 1110, 1120, 3070, 3110, or 4800.
