Walk-in help

Students may visit Bronco Express in the Bernhard Center for help. No appointments are needed. Bronco Express is open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday; 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Main offices

The main Student Financial Aid office:

• is located on the second floor of the Faunce Student Services Building, also called "The Birdcage".
• is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• sees students by appointment only. Appointments are made by calling Bronco Express, (269) 387-6000.

Due to the inconsistency in quality and readability, we do not accept documents, paperwork or forms by fax. You may mail your forms to the address above, or drop them off at either Bronco Express in the Bernhard Center, or the main Student Financial Aid office in Faunce.
