The U.S. Department of Education created a standardized financial aid shopping sheet that we are required to share with new, undergraduate students who are veterans. This consumer tool was designed by the federal government to help students make informed decisions about higher education. It provides a simplified overview of your financial aid, and should be considered supplemental information to your WMU financial aid award letter.
The federal shopping sheet may not include all your awards or resources. It does not include any Veterans Affairs education benefits you may have, including:
For more information about these programs, you should contact the WMU Office of Military and Veterans Affairs at (269) 387-4444.
You may access your federal shopping sheet by logging into GoWMU.
If you need more information, call Carol Mountjoy, assistant director of Student Financial Aid, (269) 387-6019, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also visit the WMU Office of Military and Veterans Affairs on the web, or the VA.
