How to apply to WMU Fine Arts
We are so excited for you to join us! First, let's make sure we have everything we need from you to get started. To major in the College of Fine Arts, you must apply and be accepted into both the College and Western Michigan University.

Apply to your program of study. You do not have to wait until you are admitted by WMU to apply to your program.

Step 3: Audition, interview or portfolio review
Once you have submitted your application to your art or performance program, you will need to audition, interview or undergo a portfolio review to be accepted.

- To guarantee a place on the schedule, applications must be received at least 2 weeks before your desired NSAD date. Changes may not be possible within 7 days of a given NSAD.
