Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Seita Scholars Program, including the tuition scholarship, applicants must

• Qualify for the Educational Training Voucher (ETV) (see for example, Michigan's ETV program) or Refugee Education Voucher (REV) in their states;
• Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1st;
• Be admitted to WMU as a first-time freshman or transfer student.

The application for the Seita Scholars Program includes essay questions that will be considered in the selection of Fall 2013 Seita scholars. In addition, applicant interviews may be requested.

Space in the Seita Scholars Program is limited.
