Bio:
Dr. Joyce Busch is an instructor in the global and international studies program at Western Michigan University.
Busch is a U.S. Army veteran who served as the head of the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs at Western Michigan University from 2014 to 2016. She earned a B.S. in French and German from the U.S. Military Academy in 1987, an M.A. in elementary education from Western Governor's University in 2007, and her PhD in public policy and administration from Walden University in 2018. She has also completed two military-related degrees. She currently resides in Virginia where she works to teach English as a second language.
