Make a Donation to The

Bryan and Kathy Staufer Emergency Fund

You can make a difference in the health and well being of a Western student by making a donation to the Bryan and Kathy Staufer Emergency Medical fund. Good health is an intergal factor in student success, and many students on campus are uninsured or underinsrured. Your donation will  have a positive effect on the health and well being of these students and support their journey to success at WMU.

Your generosity makes a difference for students in need by paying a portion of their medical bills at Sindecuse Health Center. Clinic visits, lab work, nutrition counseling and physical therapy are some of the services that eligible students may use. Your donation is deeply appreciated by the students who receive these funds.

How to donate

Payroll deduction:

WMU employees can make a donation via paycheck deduction.

One-time gift:

• Go to myWMU.com
• Click link in right column to “Make a Gift”
• When you get to the part of the form called “Designation”, check the box next to  “Please designate my gift for the benefit of”  and a pop-up window will appear.

• In the pop-up list, scroll down the list of designees until you find  “Other University Initiatives”
• choose the checkbox next to “Bryan and Kathy Stauffer Fund“ from the column on the right

• Click the “Continue” button
• Finish filling the form out.
