Appointment Advice

Be early.

Everyone has to check in, so plan on arriving fifteen minutes before your appointment. That will get you through the registration process and into your appointment on time.

Bring your WMU ID and current insurance card.

You'll need both of these. If you have prescription drug coverage through outside insurance, bring that identification card and information with you. Bring a photocopy if you don't carry your card.

Call if you can't make it.

...and do call well in advance (not just five minutes before you're supposed to be here, if you can help it). But we understand. Life happens. If you are unable to keep your appointment, just call us so we know the time we set aside for you may be used to help someone else. It's the nice thing to do (and you'll be charged for the appointment not cancelled anyway).
