Certificate Programs

Students may wish to supplement their concentration choice by completing one or more certificate programs. Certificates are offered in:

Consisting of 15 to 20 credit hours of concentrated coursework and field experience, a certificate specialization provides advanced information and skill development. It also deepens and broadens the professional’s understanding and ability to function and lead effectively in his or her field. These unique educational programs provide opportunities to develop interdisciplinary skills that ensure professional viability in the expanding and rapidly changing health and human service fields.

Early planning is beneficial, as each certificate requires a specific field placement, which can also satisfy one of the two required M.S.W. field practicums. Interested parties may contact:
