  1. Save a blank copy of the volunteer time log to a computer.
  2. Open and fill out this form. Note that the form requires a signature from the person who supervised your service. You may need to print it, obtain the signature, and scan it to electronically save your time log.
  3. Email your signed time log to If email is not an option, you may turn in a hard copy of your time log to the honors college front desk.

Other opportunities

If there is a service opportunity that you would like to use to fulfill your Lee Honors College community service hour requirements but it is not listed on our website or through the Volunteer Center of Greater Kalamazoo website you must request pre-approval.

Please fill out the volunteer activity authorization form and submit it to an honors college graduate assistant by emailing at least one week prior to your service. Failure to secure pre-approval for activities outside of those mentioned on the honors college website or the volunteer center website may result in a loss of Lee Honors College community service time credit.
