Move-in Date
You will receive a move-in date sent to your WMU student email account once we assign you to a room.
Payment Information
Payment is pro-rated based on the day that you move in, and it is due prior to your move-in date. If you are receiving financial aid you may be able to defer your first month's rent payment and subsequent rent payments until your financial aid becomes available. You may also choose to be billed for the entire semester.
Move-in Inspection
You will be asked to complete a checklist when you move in. Your checklist form is due to the Spindler Hall office within seven days. It is in your best interest to be thorough when completing the form, as it will be used to assess damages at move-out time. If you fail to turn in your form, you will be assessed fees for all damages found by the staff member inspecting your room when you move out.
