Rates
- Single, furnished rooms are $315 per month
- Single, furnished rooms with a private bathroom are $340 per month*
- Rent includes all utilities except phone and Internet.
- Free cable and a great location.
* There are two female rooms with a private bathroom. There are no male rooms with a private bathroom.
Key replacement
Report lost keys immediately. Students will be charged replacement costs.
