WMU Exercise Science Apparel
This page will give you some information about ordering WMU Exercise Science apparel. On this page you will be able to see some pictures of available logos, shirt styles etc. At the bottom of this page there is a link to download an order form (PDF).
For the Spring 2011 semester, the deadline to submit your order form is Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Order forms will be passed out in classes or you can download an order form below.
Logo Choices:
There are three different logos available depending on shirt style:

Ordering Information

Payment must be made at time of order.
There are no refunds or substitutions if an individual orders the wrong size.
Orders must be given to Dr. Cheatham (Office 1064 Student Recreation Center) or placed in his mailbox in the HPER office on the 4th floor by Wednesday, February 23, 2011.
