WMU Unified Clinics Services
Services in the following clinical areas are available at no cost to PPO plan members at the level of service as defined by each provider:
- Comprehensive Women’s Health - Provided by Board-certified Gynecologist
- Audiology
- Speech & Language Therapy
- Voice & Respiration
- Aphasia
- Occupational Therapy
- Vision/Low Vision - payable once every 24 months
- 100% coverage of vision exams
- $150 coverage towards the purchase of frames
- Substance Abuse Counseling
- Child Trauma Assessment
Vision services, payable once every 24 months, are also offered through Kalamazoo Optometry in WMU Unified Clinics, 1000 Oakland Drive, 4th floor (phone 269-382-6755):
- 100% coverage of vision exams
- $150 coverage towards the purchase of frames
- $15 copay for glass lenses
- $200 coverage toward contact lenses
