IME 2990 - Cooperative Education


Catalog Description:

Students may elect the cooperative plan of education. In this plan, the student alternates a semester of study on campus with a semester of compensated industrial experience. Students may work in their area of study, gaining valuable professional experience.

Credits: 1 to 3 hours

Lecture Hours - Laboratory Hours: n/a


Course Requirements:


1. Student must submit the Co-Op/Internship Course Application to be enrolled
2. Student must provide a job description from the employer
3. Student must submit the Employer Co-Op Evaluation upon completion of experience
4. Student must submit a report of their co-op experience upon completion
