The Business Communication program targets the following Haworth College of Business Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Objectives:
BCM faculty provide instruction and consult with organizations on written, oral, electronic, and managerial communication strategies. Faculty have conducted workshops in business writing, intercultural communication, web design, listening, corporate communication, oral presentation strategies and group dynamics.
Our program faculty have designed Core BBA courses to develop undergraduate communication skills: BCM 1420 Informational Writing and BUS 3700 Integrated Communication in Business. These writing-intensive courses are designed to strengthen students' oral and group communication skills as well.
