Sharon Peterson is a Faculty Specialist in Educational Leadership in the Educational Leadership, Research and Technology Department, College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University. She earned her Ph.D., M.A. and B.S. at Western Michigan University. Before her position at WMU, she taught in an elementary public school system for over 16 years. Dr. Peterson teaches courses in educational technology at the undergraduate and graduate level. Her area of research is teacher education, project-based learning, and technology.
