Larry Buzas is a Faculty Specialist II and Program Coordinator of the Masters of Arts in Leadership for Organizational Learning and Performance located in the Educational Leadership, Research and Technology Department, College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University. He earned a Doctorate in Public Affairs and Administration from Western Michigan University where he also earned an MSW and B.S. degrees. Dr. Buzas teaches courses in the OLP program including Principles of Human Resource Development, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness, Needs Analysis, Project and Change Management, Evaluation and Transfer of Learning, and the Masters Seminar and Capstone Seminar. His research interests include transfer of learning, leadership and team development, and work process improvement. Prior to joining WMU, Dr. Buzas served in numerous roles in the area of workplace learning and performance in the private sector, State government, and non-profit organizations.
