Patricia Reeves is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership in the Educational Leadership, Research and Technology Department, College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University. Dr. Reeves teaches the Superintendency, Instructional Leadership and Supervision, Dissertation Seminar, Qualitative Research Methods, Qualitative Research Practicum, Field Experience, and Doctoral Dissertation. Her research foci are as follows: School District/Superintendent Leadership, the Development and Credentialing of School Leaders, Educator Performance Assessment and Evaluation, and Education Policy: School and School Systems Redesign for the 21st Century using qualitative methods. Prior to joining WMU, Dr. Reeves held several positions from teacher to superintendent in Vicksburg Community Schools.
