Program Requirements - Master of Arts
Students will complete a planned program of study consisting of 33 credit hours of course work with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. The degree course work requires 24 credit hours within the program core (ELRT Core and Program Concentration below) and 9 credit hours of electives.

1. ELRT Core (6 hrs.)
- OLP 6971 OLP Masters Seminar -- 1 credit
- OLP 6972 OLP Capstone Seminar – 2 credits
- EMR 5400 Fundamentals of Evaluation, Measurement, and Research – 3 credits
2. Program Concentration (18 hrs.)
- OLP 6400 Principles of Human Resources Development – 3 credits
- EDLD 6650 Adult Learning Principles and Practices – 3 credits
- OLP 6410 Fundamentals of Needs Analysis – 3 credits
- OLP 6430 Project and Change Management – 3 credits
- OLP 6440 Organizational Effectiveness and Learning – 3 credits
- EMR 6420 Program Evaluation – 3 credits
3. Electives (9 hrs.)
Students, in consultation with advisor, will pursue a minimum of 9 hours of elective course work within or outside the department, based on professional interests and goals.
