Covers major scholarly journals for science, medicine and engineering. Cited Ref. search feature finds articles that cited a specific author or publication. Coverage: 1900 - present.
More infoDatabase for scientific research that contains the citations and abstracts of more than 1,800 Elsevier journals in the life, physical, medical, technical, and social sciences as well as selected full text articles. Science Direct can be searched as a database or browsed by individual title. Coverage varies.
Basic undergraduate engineering database. It covers only English-language journals, no conferences. WMU libraries own about 60% of the titles indexed. Good first choice for engineering/technology. Coverage: 1983-present.
ECO (Electronic Collections Online)
Full-text journals in a variety of subjects presented predominantly in PDF format, including images. Searchable as a whole collection or just those titles owned by WMU Libraries. Coverage from 1995, updated daily.
