As an interdisciplinary study, Women's Studies may use a variety of style guides, depending upon the specific disciplinary focus. Literature courses, for example, may require the MLA Style, while Women's History classes may use The Chicago Manual of Style. Education and the social sciences may use the APA style. Consult your instructor for guidance!
