Address Changes

Department and employee should notify the mail center and WMU Human Resources every time an employee's campus address changes to a new department location and new mail stop code. 

To ensure that mail is delivered correctly please:

  1. Filling out a change of address form and submit it to Freight, Postal and Delivery, mail stop: 5347.
  2. Communicate the change to those whom with you correspond..
  3. We will temporarily forward your mail for 30 days to your new location to allow you sufficient time to update Human Resources and all those who correspond with you.

(Please note: If you would like your payroll check/advise sent to your new location, you must notify WMU payroll.)
