Ken Jones, director of executive education at Western Michigan University’s Center for Integrated Supply Management, develops and manages the Bronco Force initiative, which includes university supply chain consulting teams, customized training and educational solutions, fast-track industry certifications and high school and community college outreach programs. He is also an instructor of management.
Prior to joining WMU, Jones was full-time operations and supply chain management faculty at Indiana State University, and held previous faculty roles at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Ivy Tech Community College - Indianapolis. He also developed and implemented training solutions for more than 30 organizations.
Jones has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the supply chain management field, including roles with Ford Motor Company, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Hillenbrand Industries.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Indiana University, Jones holds CPSM and C.P.M. designations with the Institute of Supply Management and a Six Sigma black belt.
