In 1996 the Adrian Trimpe Distinguished Service Award was established in the memory of Adrian Trimpe, the Food Marketing Program's founding chairperson. This award is given to individuals who have dedicated extraordinary time and effort to the improvement and enrichment of the Food Marketing Program and its students.
