Thomas F. Rienzo is a faculty specialist in the Department of Business Information Systems. He received a Ph.D. in science and technology education from WMU after more than 25 years of industrial practice in sales and research. Rienzo teaches business computing, business reporting, business analytics and management information systems at undergraduate and graduate levels. His research interests include learning with technology, business intelligence, and integration of enterprise, productivity and collaboration software. His research has appeared in the Journal of Information Systems Education, Decision Line and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education.
