Off-Campus Accommodations

Although most attendees of the International Congress on Medieval Studies stay on the campus of Western Michigan University, many attendees choose to stay in local hotels. The three main off-campus sites are the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites, the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites, and Delta Hotels by Marriott, all of which offer discounted conference rates for Congress attendees.

When phoning a hotel to make a reservation, you must state that you are attending the International Congress on Medieval Studies in order to be eligible for the conference rate. Room rates do not include 11% state and local taxes. Smoking is prohibited in hotels with inside corridors in the state of Michigan.
