This is a lightweight portable word processing keyboard. It has a simple operating system and is ideal for students with learning disabilities. Work done on the AlphaSmart 2000 may be saved and transferred to the PC. Or, work may be printed directly from the AlphaSmart 2000 to most printers.
This is an adaptive keyboard that can be used by a wide range of individuals with disabilies. It is compatible with all types of software, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Netscape, and SPSS. Intellikeys is programmable and has eight different standard overlays. It can be used from and elementary level and beyond and has the capability of connecting to switch interfaces.
